![]() With chef's at Tosca and Cafe Tosca helping out.Stars beer dinners are always exciting and rewarding!Ī definite place on my radar for weekly visits. (Leans to be more pale ale).(Ok, ok, ok.Entitled is not the pale it was once was and screams IPA! A beer born at starz, shooting for the moon!)į: They have tots! They make the best burger on the South Shore!! They do beer dinners. They built their own 'randle'! They brewed a beer with Wormtown. Double Dose, Parabola to name a few of the most recent. They usually score some of the harder to get offerings. They focus on Hoppy during the summer! Always a plus. There is always 16 or so rotating draft lines. They even made quality recommendations based on our selections. I was with several people and the bartender took track of what we where drinking and were on top of getting our next round. S: Bartenders and servers know the product. Being in Hingham this feat is not always easy but Stars excels at ensuring their customers have a great experience. ![]() Q: This place is all about ensuring quality. They have blended a family atmosphere with a great selection of craft beers at the bar. And it shows that some people don't care about their jobs and just care about the paycheck and the money they're getting for the job they're not doing well.A: A great place. It's a shame the people making the the drinks and sandwiches can't even do that correctly. We actually have one closer to us but we stopped going to that one too because that one also always messed up our orders. But with this one being right up the street it's a little more convenient. We usually go to the Quincy one on Franklin Street because we get better service with the things we actually want in our order. This isn't the first time this store is messed up our order. I used to be a late night supervisor at Dunkin's on 3A and don't understand how you can read a order, and not make the order to what it's supposed to be. Ordered a sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and wanted American cheese and they put white cheddar. We wanted one sourdough sandwich with sausage and it came with bacon not sausage. I really wish there was a closer location because I feel stupid coming here when I know my order will be wrong. But most of the time I don’t even get an apology. I will say one of the probably dozen of times this is has happened I was offered a free sandwich. I shouldn’t have to check my order in the Parking lot every time to make sure it’s right. And I’m not even talking about the multiple times I’ve been given the wrong order. I would understand if it’s busy or if people are new but I see the same people every time and half the time there’s nobody in the store. Not sure why they offer egg whites if nobody knows how to make a sandwich with them. I would understand not being able to hear but they can ask for the order to be repeated but they usually repeat the order back. EVEN THEN my order has been wrong multiple times. Kept coming back (not sure why) and would order the same thing in store, because maybe there’s an issue with the app (even though my receipt clearly would say egg white). I wish I could tell you the amount of times I had to turn back around to get my correct order with egg whites. I used to religiously order in the app and always get egg whites instead of regular eggs. I love brueggers but this location is horrible. My son loves their $11 grilled cheese - guess I will have to find a designer sandwich from another restaurant. "Hangry" kids and a "hangry" mom were not a good combo! If I could give zeros for my ratings I would do so. I had 3 hungry kids who got only half their food. LAST TIME EVER I give this company my business or another chance. If this is a monitored site, maybe I have a chance of actually hearing back from someone who will be helpful. This time Panera owes me $39.43 plus tax for missing food. And I cannot even get through to a person to ask for a refund. My bag clearly is marked "Bag 1" implying there was more than one (see picture). ![]() We open the one delivered bag and found cold sandwiches and well over half the order missing. Lo and behold Door Dash roles up at 2:20PM, almost 2 hours after I placed the order. I just kept getting a recording that would then ring and ring with no answer. I started calling looking for the order at 2:00. This time I ordered the food at 12:30PM on a Wednesday. Of course, when I call back to look for the refund, the new manager who is now working has no idea what I'm talking about. I have complained to management in the past, was told I would receive a credit back to my credit card - which has never happened. Not the first, third or tenth time this store has disappointed me with either a really late delivery of cold food, missing items or incorrect items.
